Three players suspended from attending or competing on World Snooker Tour

Snooker players David John, Yu Delu and Can Yupeng have been suspended by The World Professional Billiards and Snooker Association (WPBSA) over match-fixing allegations. 

The trio manipulated the outcome of several matches and the matter will be referred to the WPBSA Disciplinary Committee where a formal hearing will take place at a venue and date to be confirmed.

Jason Ferguson, Chairman of the WPBSA, has taken the decision to suspend David John, Yu Delu and Can Yupeng from attending or competing on the World Snooker Tour. This suspension will remain in place until the conclusion of the hearing or hearings and the determination of this matter. All players have the right to appeal the decision.
