Sport Resolutions Appointed to Operate and Administer the IAAF’s Disciplinary Tribunal
Sport Resolutions (UK) has been appointed to administer all disciplinary proceedings referred to the International Association of Athletics Federation (IAAF) Disciplinary Tribunal, pursuant to IAAF regulations. The Disciplinary Tribunal will be called upon to make determinations in relation to breaches of the IAAF Integrity Code of Conduct and charges under the IAAF Anti-Doping Rules, brought by the newly constituted Athletics Integrity Unit (AIU).
Sport Resolutions is independent of the IAAF and will make appointments from a comprehensive and diverse list of experienced arbitrators, presided over by renowned barrister and arbitrator Michael Beloff QC. The Disciplinary Tribunal is composed of arbitrators from each of the IAAF area associations’ regions. Where required, it will hear matters in English or French. Sport Resolutions will act as Secretariat to the Disciplinary Tribunal.
