Victoria is a retired Paralympic athlete who has won World Titles in 2006 and 2009 as well as a bronze medal at the 2008 Beijing Paralympic Games. Prior to competing in Paralympic sport Victoria played National League netball. Victoria’s professional career began in Higher Education working at the University of Surrey for 8 years, before moving across to work as Equality and Diversity Manager at Sport England where she was instrumental in rewriting the Sports Councils Equality Charter. Following this Victoria moved to work as Athlete Services Manager at the British Paralympic Association in the lead up to the London 2012 Paralympic Games and remained there until 2016 supporting both the Sochi 2014 Winter Paralympic Games and Rio 2016 Summer Paralympic Games. Alongside her current role as Executive Chair of the British Athletes Commission Victoria also represents British athletes on WADAs Athlete Committee and has done so since 2016. Victoria is also a Non-Executive Director at the English Institute of Sport.
