Sport Resolutions provides parties to a dispute with access to the best available sport specific dispute resolution services, making efficient and effective use of the specialist knowledge of our Panel members within a pre-agreed budget. This page explains how to use our services, and in particular how to make a contractual agreement with us so that we can supply the mechanism to resolve your sport dispute.
Sport Resolutions aims to resolve disputes in sport independently, fairly and without delay. The four steps described in the attached document ‘How to use our Services’ are straight forward. They will be completed by our Secretariat efficiently to ensure that the right services are provided at the right time. Please invest a few moments now to ensure that you understand what Sport Resolutions can do to assist you to find a way of resolving your dispute.
Sport Resolutions is an independent and neutral organisation. We give practical advice on appropriate options and opportunities for sport dispute resolution. Sport Resolutions will not provide you with legal advice, nor will we tell you whether your case is likely to succeed. Sport Resolutions can assist only where we have jurisdiction i.e. the authority to get involved.
